Players visible in the Coach Portal have already passed GSA review before publication. GSA verifies the profile information and submitted media available to the platform before the player becomes coach-visible.

It means a completed scouting report is available for that player. The report identifies who performed the evaluation and when it was completed. If no report exists, the portal shows “No Scouting Report Yet” rather than estimated or self-reported ratings.

Select the shortlist action from the player card or profile. Shortlisted players remain available in My Shortlist and automatically appear in the Contact GSA workflow.

Create a recruiting target using position, graduation year, foot, height, age category, playing level and video criteria. The portal then surfaces players that match those explicit criteria.

Use Contact GSA. Your shortlisted players are already loaded there, so you can select one or several, choose the request type and send the request without searching for the same players again.

Select the player in Contact GSA and choose Player Introduction. GSA reviews the request and facilitates the appropriate next step rather than automatically exposing player or family contact details.

Coach-created reports are private workspace notes and are visible only to that coach. They do not become part of the player’s shared scouting report or imply an endorsement to other coaches.

Video tags identify specific actions at exact timestamps. AI can suggest actions and timestamps for GSA staff review; only GSA-approved tags become visible and searchable for coaches.

Each player submits one primary highlight video of no more than 3 minutes plus two additional short videos. The Video & Analysis workspace is designed around those short submissions, not full-match footage.
